All prices listed in SchoolHouse are subject to and include taxes of the country in which the payment is made.
In accordance with current legislation, SchoolHouse recognizes the right of the user to desist on the services provided for which a payment has been made. In this case, the user must exercise this right within 14 calendar days following the date they acquired the service through the email address at the end of this document. The user will not incur any additional charge for this, but they may lose access to the affected Services.
If SchoolHouse suspects a user is abusing its return policy, it reserves the right to cancel their account and any future commercial relationship with them.
By uploading, storing or distributing content through the Services, the user grants SchoolHouse a globally applicable license to use, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, publish and distribute said content. SchoolHouse will only make use of that licence in order to provide, promote and improve the Services, as well as to develop new Services. This license will hold even after the user stops using the Services.
All communication with the user will take place through the email linked to their user account.
SchoolHouse reserves the right to make changes to the Services offered at any time, as well as to limit the use of certain functionalities, in order to optimize the Services and avoid abuses.
By using the Services, users agree to abide by the Code of Conduct. Creating content on the Services does not require prior approval and, therefore, SchoolHouse is not responsible for any offensive or illegal material. However, the user may inform SchoolHouse of any inappropriate content through the email address at the end of this document. SchoolHouse will review any reported content in order to take the appropriate measures.
It is a priority for SchoolHouse to ensure the continuous and proper functioning of the Services. However, it is possible that some of the external services (for instance, payment management) temporarily fail or behave in a way that does not conform to these conditions. It falls beyond SchoolHouse's reach to guarantee that such situations will never occur, as well as to avoid failures in the service derived from attacks, electrical failures or natural disasters.
SchoolHouse may need to modify these conditions at any time, in order to adapt to changes in legislation or new Services. In this case, users will be informed, either through their email or through the Services themselves.
Should any of the clauses of this document be declared void, the effect of this nullity will be limited only to said clause and will not affect the rest of the conditions.
These conditions must be interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation. SchoolHouse and the user agree to resolve any dispute in the courts of the city of Barcelona (Spain) unless otherwise stated by the applicable law.
By using SchoolHouse you accept these conditions. You can contact SchoolHouse through the following email for any related questions or requests: firstname.lastname@example.org.
